The Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Itqan Quran Academy collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the Academy website. This privacy policy applies to the Site and all services offered by the Academy.
What Information Does the Academy Collect?
Itqan Quran Academy gather various types of Personal Information from our users, as explained more fully below. The student’s data will only be used for educational purposes. We may use this Information to improve our services, to allow our users to set up a profile, to fulfil your requests for certain services, to analyse how users utilize the Website, and as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy. We do not share any certain types of Personal Information with anyone except Support team and Quality team.
Information You Provide to Us
We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us. For example, during registration for evaluation or in our system, we collect Personal Information such as your name, user name, email address. We may collect other Personal Information you provide us through your use of our services, such as notes you compose about your contacts; however, these private notes will not be shared with other Website users, unless you choose to share them. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of many of our special features.
Children
Children can only use our services under the supervision of their parents/legal guardians and we always suggest minors (under the age of 13) not to submit any personal information to us or use the service without proper permission from the parents/legal guardians.

Data Accessibility
Through our student portal and pdf file, each student has access to a personal profile to access, review, and correct any personal information at any time. We do confirm that we do not sell any student data. As we confirm that we do not keep any student profiles.
Data Retention
When students cancel their accounts, we will retain their personal information for 12 months after which all the information will be deleted from our system and it will not be possible to retrieve progress records.
Disclosure to third parties’ policy:
Disclosure to third parties: We pledge to not collect, use, or share such information for any purposes beyond the authorized educational or school purposes, or as authorized by the student or parent. (Confirming that the third parties’ practices are in line with the Pledge). Please note that if you upload or post any information to a public part of the Website, we may use it in accordance with our terms and conditions of use and it may be viewed and used by others.
Refund policy:
We have a 100% customer satisfaction policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied simply email info@Itqanquran.com and ask for a refund within 7 days of the invoice. You will receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours.
Payment
We do not ask for any information regarding money transfers, because our money transfers are done in a smooth and simple way by PayPal or Bank account by sending the suitable study plan amount to our account.

Changes to this privacy policy
Our Academy will not update the privacy policy soon. But even when we do so, we will post a notification on the main page of our Site and at the same time we will email you for the changes made to the Policy for a new consent to the privacy policy, in addition to give users the option to delete their account. You can write us an email if you disagree to the new policy or the changes, we made at info@ItqanQuran1 and one of our CSR will be in touch with you within 24 hours. On your rejection we will delete your student account and all of your personal data form our website right away. You are bound by any material changes to this Privacy Policy when you start using www.itqanquran.com after you have accepted such changes made to it.

PAYMENT POLICY
the payment must be done after a successful trial lesson and before the next lesson starts.
For Automatic Monthly Subscription: Your Monthly Subscription is automatically renewed (on the day of Registration) each month until you or the academy cancel it.
*If you have any remaining classes from the previous month:
Please don’t cancel the automatic subscription for that reason as it will cause a problem with the dates. And instead of that;
1- please ask the academy for a refund for these remaining classes
2- or ask the teacher in order to make up these remaining classes for you on other suitable times.
For Manual Monthly Subscription:
New monthly payments and invoices must be made on time on the day of registration every month. Otherwise, the classes will be suspended until the payment is received.
You will receive an invoice (report) via email or PayPal every four weeks that covers the following four weeks. We ask you to promptly submit payments as our commitments to our teachers depends on timely payments.
*If you have any remaining classes from the previous month:
Please don’t delay paying the new invoice as it will cause a problem with the dates and sheets. And instead of that;
1- please ask the academy for a refund for these remaining classes
2- or ask the teacher in order to make up these remaining classes for you on other suitable times.
If a student finds they can’t attend a class for any reason, they must text the teacher at least 5 hours before the class starts and ensure that the class is rearranged to another suitable day. If a student misses a class without contacting the teacher at least 5 hours before the class starts, no makeup will be arranged except if there is a sudden illness or death in the family. If a student plans to take a holiday, they must contact the teacher and the Quality team via info@ItqanQuran1.
In rare circumstances, a teacher might miss a class (e.g., due to an electric outage, a medical emergency), in such cases, if a teacher is late for the class, the student should contact the teacher and inform her/him that they are online. The teacher will make up for any missed time or class. If the teacher is often late or misses classes, kindly email info@Itqanquran.com or text the academy WhatsApp number as soon as possible.
The number of classes/hours has been agreed when any student joins the academy. If you wish to increase/reduce the number of classes, please email info@Itqanquran.com or text the academy WhatsApp number. Please note that if your first payment has been done on any day during the month (except the first day) you will do the rest of classes during this month. And from next month and every month you will do only the number of classes required according to your suitable study plan. Please note that the teacher will inform you of the cancellation of any extra classes which will be more than the number of classes required into your suitable study plan. Example: If it has been agreed that you will do 4 classes per month on Saturdays, sometimes it happens that there are 5 Saturdays in one month. In that case, the 5th class will be cancelled. Your payment is done according to an hourly rate; therefore, the extra classes have not been paid for.
For Manual Monthly Subscription: you can increase or decrease your study plan classes but you must inform info@ItqanQuran1 by email or text the WhatsApp number two days earlier at the end of the current month and before the next month starts, otherwise your current scheduled package of the month will be cancelled without refunding. For Automatic Monthly Subscription: you can increase or decrease your study plan classes but you must inform quality@firdawsacademy.com by email or text the Live Chat icon two days earlier before the day of Registration, otherwise your current scheduled package of the month will be cancelled without refunding. Also, the student can add extra hours to the current study plan at any time. Regular study hour rate = $8.5 USD instead of $10 USD.
he quality of learning is monitored closely through various procedures such as measuring attendance discipline, regular teacher training, student & teacher feedback and quarterly progress reports. QUARTERLY REPORTS (FOR CHILDREN UNDER 16) Parents will receive a quarterly report at the end of each month. This will provide the opportunity for parents to review the progress of their children.
if you aren’t satisfied! or if you wish to stop your classes at any time during the month, we will refund you 100% of the classes that have not been given. But you must email info@Itqanquran.com or text the WhatsApp academy number Two days earlier than the date of stopping. If the number of study hours has not been completed in a certain month you must arrange these missed classes with your teacher to make them up on other suitable days for both of you.
